🔥 Frustration Alert! 🔥 Hello LinkedIn community, I wanted to share my recent experience with the FNF (Full and Final) process, and let's just say it's been a rollercoaster ride of frustration and disappointment. 🎢 It's truly disheartening to see how a seemingly simple procedure can turn into a never-ending saga. Months have gone by since my departure from Cogoport, and I've been eagerly awaiting the completion of the FNF process. I've reached out to the HR department numerous times, only to be met with vague responses and promises of "soon." The lack of transparency and communication throughout this ordeal has been incredibly frustrating. As professionals, we dedicate our time and energy to our work, and when it's time to move on, we expect a smooth transition. The FNF process plays a crucial role in this transition, ensuring that both parties part ways on good terms. It's not just about the paperwork; it's about respect and integrity. I firmly believe that timely and efficient processes reflect the values of a company. A delay in the FNF process not only impacts the individual leaving the organization, but it also reflects poorly on the company's commitment to its employees. Let's hope that organizations can understand the importance of valuing their employees' time and experiences, even beyond their tenure. And to my fellow professionals, if you've been through similar frustrations, know that you're not alone. Feel free to share your experiences below – let's support one another through these challenging times.
