Causes of adhesion on the surface of TPE particles: Excessive lubricant: Adding a small amount of surface lubricant to the TPE mixing system can improve the smoothness of the material or product surface. But if the amount added exceeds a certain limit, the excess lubricant will appear (migrate) on the surface of the material or product, feel sticky, and seriously affect the product quality. Excessive molding temperature: Adhesion is mainly caused by excessive molding temperature, and the polymer forms substances with lower relative molecular mass due to thermal decomposition. Although the set temperature of the molding machine itself does not reach the thermal decomposition temperature, the shear heat in the molding process sometimes temporarily reaches high temperature. Solution: 1. When making TPE products, the smooth feeling of the coating surface is a good thing. But we need to pay attention to the amount of addition and master the size, otherwise things will be reversed, and we want to make a smooth feeling, but the product will eventually become sticky and other undesirable results. 2. As a countermeasure to reduce the molding temperature, low shear and nitrogen purification of the inside of the hydraulic cylinder of the molding machine are very effective. In addition, when the molding machine is suspended, the glue remains in the mold cavity of the molding machine for a long time, and sometimes adheres due to thermal aging. In addition, products used at high temperatures are prone to adhesion, so the choice of stabilizer and the amount of softener are very important.

Today Information:TPE for Car Storage Box TPE thermoplastic elastomer is a mixture of PP + EPDM dynamic vulcanisation, in the (-60 ℃ to 135 ℃) range can be maintained within the uniform nature, not easy to crack, sticky, has excellent heat aging resistance and oil resistance, can be used for injection molding, extrusion molding, blow molding and other processes, products such as automotive seals, automotive dust cover, automotive fuel lines, automotive wings, wires and cables and so on. Product features: 1. Environmentally friendly, safe and non-toxic, does not contain nitrites and other carcinogens, does not contain heavy metals, can be recycled, through the SGS certification, in line with the EU ROHS environmental standards directives. 2. Small density: density less than 1, only equivalent to 67% of EPDM material sealing strip. 3. Good aging resistance: the service life is not less than 15 years under normal conditions. 4. Hardness with temperature change is small: the use of temperature up to -60oC to +130oC, in the temperature of -20oC to +40o range, Shore hardness change is not higher than 5HA, better than the traditional material PVC and EPDM sealing strip. 5. Good resilience: in the compression rate of 30%, 70 ℃ × 24h conditions, compression permanent deformation of 25%; and under the same conditions, EPDM sealing strip for 75%.
