💚 Everyone has the right to thrive with positive #mentalhealth. 💚 The reality is that each individual’s journey with their state of mind is personal and fluctuates throughout their life. In addition, multiple factors impact whether people can get the support they need, when they need it. This #WorldMentalHealthDay, we are not only encouraging people to engage with their own mental health, but we are showcasing that mental health resources can be scalable and accessible, population-wide. Our Togetherall platform supports thousands by virtually connecting individuals into a large global community who share lived experience, advice and support. Each individual's journey on our platform is personal and unique. We’re asking everyone to think differently this #WMHD about how people around us access the support and resources they need, what steps we can take to reduce the barriers and raise awareness of availability.
