Apologies to those of you who RSVPed to our LinkedIn Live event only to have technical issues that prevented us from livestreaming! I'm sharing the recording of the video (with the bits edited out where I am swearing and playing around with every single setting I can find to get the live stream to actually work 😆). In this recording, I cover what a successful community launch really looks like, including the *5 expectations* you should have going into any launch. Are there any expectations that I missed? What other advice would you give someone launching a community for the first time?

"Creating a community is easy" but is it?👀 I've been working on building Airtitude from the past 4 months and this is what I've learnt so far: -> You need a very structured layout before implementing your Idea. -> You need to spread awareness about your community and goals before making it live. -> You need to saturate your Target audience and focus on providing more "Values" to them. -> People will only join your community is they see any "Potential" or "Value" in it. As a Community member we expect tons of values and skillsets to gain. So as a Founder or leader, you need to make sure that you provide those values to them or you people will not stay active and eventually your community becomes dry.😴 Once you've a pretty good number of members, you need to make sure that you keep the activity going on in the community. People are new to the platform so you can't expect them to initiate first. You have to be the one to Initiate a conversation.🎙️ Creating and Maintaining a community is difficult. Yes, I agree. But the ROI that you get in the form of experience is much more valuable. You make mistakes, you learn from it and make iterations on it. And I'm grateful, that I'm still making mistakes and learning from it because, for every mistake I make, it teaches me something new! It excites me!🔥 I'm still working on Airtitude and yes the community is still in it's growing phase, but I know, that me and my team will definetly make Airtitude a platform where all the designers and developers will join us to grow and learn together. Because Airtitude is not just about Free Resources!😉 Join us on our long journey and become a member of our team! Discord: https://lnkd.in/gmeKWAf4

I design LinkedIn profiles that make money | Founder at ContentRizz | Every service provider deserves an iconic visual identity.
I run an community called 'inner circle' will soon start weekly calls there. Just figuring out how I can give time to community. So there are going to be 3 stages of this community. → Stage 01 - You are making $1 to $3k a month. → Stage 02 - You are making $8 to $12k a month. → Stage 03 - which I'm on and figuring my way in - ($20k+ a month). Every stage has a different pricing and different rules to get in. But, I'm not here to pitch that community. I want all of you make your first $1k+ months and send me screenshots like Sohan Parab → and the best thing. You don't even have to pay me for that. Grab this book and get started working → https://lnkd.in/d8CKqBAm If you are someone who is on another stage. Who is already making $3k month or something around that. I'm planning 'inner circle' Stay connected, soon will get you in and help you scale from $3k to $10k will less workload. Peace. P.S. click on that link and put 0 in the price tag. Free link will be valid for next 24 hours only.

Check out the love HelpKit – the in my opinion best way to create a help center in 2024 – is getting from our users! 😍 🆕 Kim found HelpKit super easy to start with. 💪 Brad says it's the simplest way to make a professional help center. 🧩 Rylan loves how HelpKit integrates seamlessly into Notion. That's why I love doing this! Revenue is great but seeing people show so much appreciation is what really drives me. If you are thinking about building a new help center these testimonials hopefully convince you to give HelpKit.so a try!
