Did you know that GLOBAL writes PSURs? Although PSURs may be shorter in length than CERs, they demand a high level of expertise from writers due to the wide range and complexity of the source documents/inputs. How has your team been managing PSURs -- are they written by the CER writers or a separate group? What challenges have you experienced writing these documents?
An effective PSUR strategy requires standardized complaint tracking and consistent processes. Check out the case study below to read how GLOBAL's Med Device team supported a client by writing a PSUR for a large portfolio and the team's key takeaways from this project.

"Participating in the PTAB’s LEAP Mock Argument underscored the depth of preparation needed before an oral argument. Internally at Sterne Kessler, I learned how to prepare for an oral argument from my coach, mentor, and additional experienced practitioners during a number of strategy sessions and moot arguments. I also learned preparation techniques from the panel of Judges, such as the value of reviewing transcripts from past oral arguments for each panel member, which may offer insights into the type of questions they ask and their level of engagement during arguments." – Associate and moot LEAP participant Matthew Metzger Sterne Kessler has been an active participant in the PTAB LEAP program since it began in 2020.
