For getting a job, Reference (parchi) is mandatory now a days? If a person know the work and meet the qualification & Experience then why recruiter didn't call after taking a interview ? Did they already hired any person ? and act like we are taking interviews for better option despite a job seeker is hoping for a 2nd call from the recruiter , Is this fair ? #hr #recruitment #recruiters #references #talentacquisition

The resume might look perfect, but many land in a dustbin. Why? because Managers and HR personnel receive hundreds of resumes for each vacancy and they only have time to skim through each one and shortlist those which clearly fit their opening. So, how do you get your resume shortlisted for the interview? By learning how to translate your experience into the language of the job opening and employer. My Career Design Studio can teach you how: https://lnkd.in/d9uSCQZ

In the last week I have heard a lot of candidates saying "Nahhh, I will leave it for next year now..." 😏 Fair, Christmas is close (don't punish me for saying it) and people don't tend to want to interview/change jobs. Whether it is for now or for next year, here you have some points to start looking into: 1️⃣ Make sure your tech is on your CV, work o those keywords. 2️⃣ Simple template. Craft your own and leave the colourful premade ones. 3️⃣ PDF! Not sure how many times I can say this 😂 4️⃣ Name / Contact details / Main achievements - skills / Education / Professional experience 5️⃣ Add only relevant info. No need to add that experience if it is no related. 6️⃣ Make sure our contact details are right. Proofread your CV! 7️⃣ Create a general template and customise it for each application. 8️⃣ Keep concise. If you follow point 5, it will help you with this. Let me know if you see any difference and if not, happy to help! 😉 We also have some jobs at Fourth so make sure you apply if you see anything up your street: https://lnkd.in/ed4b4rr2 #cvtips #jobsearchtips #applyingforajob #recruitment
