Welcome to the Team, Lance! We are thrilled to announce that Lance Madden has joined us as an Assistant Project Manager at MLG Construction Management With a stellar academic background and impressive achievements, we're excited to have him on board. He earned his Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Morgan State University, Class of 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Morehouse College, Class of 2020. He excelled as an NCAA student-athlete while at Morehouse College, balancing his academic and athletic pursuits with great success. Lance is a proud member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, the National Society of Black Engineers, the National Honor Society, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. He brings a balanced skill set of academic excellence, athletic discipline, and hands-on construction experience developed at MLG. His focus on onsite supervision and management, along with strategic oversight, ensures that our projects stay on schedule and within budget. Beyond his work at MLG-CM, his involvement in various prestigious societies and accomplishments as a football player at Morehouse College highlight his dedication and leadership qualities. She assists the Senior Project Managers and PMs in the execution of administrative project activities, including reviewing plans, budgets, schedules, and more. María enjoys the collaborative company culture, where teamwork is highly-valued and the leadership team is approachable and open. She loves being challenged each day and working on projects that positively impact her clients and community. María is from Cartagena, Colombia.
