I'm so proud to share that the next cohort of the cross-company mentoring programme has now launched. This year we were overwhelmed with the demand (3x over subscribed). We're delighted to share we've created almost 300 new mentoring connections. If you were lucky to be matched, please make the most of it and maximise this opportunity. If you were not successful this time around, we apologise. It's hard to let you down, but please keep turning up to our events and seeking opportunities to create new connections. All of this is made possible by the incredible talent of women on a mission to help redress gender inequality who volunteer for Women@Tech. I would like to congratulate Tamanna G. & Elizabeth Woollcombe for their incredible grit and determination to get this launch over the line and build and execute the programme. You are actually changing peoples lives and helping women grow and develop. I am so proud of the Development pillar and everything we've achieved in the first half of this year. In addition, I'd like to celebrate the wider team who have all had a part to play. Firstly, our marketing team who led the amazing promotion campaign Kirstie Ayres, Sophie Corden. Thank you so much for building out an amazing place on our website, internal and external promotions. Panni Ujvari Cholpon Abdyzhaparova and Prudence Chow who led an amazing launch event focused on how mentoring and sponsorship can help your career - thank you. Special thanks to the co-leadership from Delfina Grossi and Laura Perrott to help remove obstacles and work through the challenges.
