Philámayayapi to ANCC for reaching out to me this week to collaborate together for #npweek2023 ! Only about 0.4% of the nursing workforce identifies as Native American. Those small numbers mean that we are not often given the opportunity to share about ourselves so I really have to give a big shout out to ANCC for not only taking the opportunity to recognize the overlap between Native American Heritage month and NP week, but also the initiative they took to use their reach to do something meaningful like this. These types of actions are that real #diversityandinclusion work. https://lnkd.in/gYg83ezH

These sessions not only equip our senior nursing staff with new skills but also create an opportunity for collaboration and connection with other leaders. This year, our NUM Development Pathway Masterclass focused on “learning through change”, facilitating discussions around driving change, navigating resistance and anchoring teams.  Attendees embraced the chance to upskill, while also having a safe space to share their thoughts, experiences, and challenges. Together, we grow as leaders.  We're committed to fostering a culture of learning and growth across the Network.
