📉 📝Working with Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Healthcare Providers to install stylish healthcare equipment.
According to a BBC report on the 24th July 2023, "Hundreds of patients are taking up hospital beds across England every day despite being ready to leave, according to NHS data." it states that "Figures show the biggest obstacle to speedy discharge is lack of beds in other settings, such as care homes." and goes on to say "The need to install specialist equipment in a person's home or disagreements between a patient, their family and medical staff are among other reasons given." Now we can't do much about disagreements between family's and medical staff! But we can help with the need to install specialist equipment. We are launching a new range of equipment at the NBE Conference 18th - 19th September, that ✅ Enables single handed care ✅ Does not require installation ✅ Can be deployed very quickly ✅ Does not require complex training for users Visit us at NBE to view this revolutionary new product range. "Often overlooked in favour of more glamorous and high-tech medical advancements, primary healthcare serves as the foundation upon which resilient and flourishing communities are built. If our health system was a tree, primary healthcare would be its roots. At its heart, it’s about the people – the doctors, nurses, therapists – who remain with you throughout your life, through complex illnesses, in good times and bad, they know you and your community intimately. They provide the kind of personal care and attention that is impossible to provide in hospitals where beds are at a premium. Crucially, they can help keep you out of hospital to begin with." rebrand.ly/mmh81kl

Patient Experience (PX) has more empatheical weight compared to other fields due to it's nature of sensitivity. And providing timely, relevant information is critical throughout the patient's journey. Scheduled to meet the Dr. at 9am, I was sent 2 reminders: a day before via call and on the day of appointment via sms, to ensure attendance. Arrived at the hospital at sharp 9, registered at the reception and noticed the Dr. was late by 35 mins with no intimation to the patient (either F2F or via the app). Having waited for over 5.5 hours for my turn, (btw this is not free NHS, but rather premium private healthcare), I receive an SMS that said "I've missed my appointment." It's clear that patient experience is more than just a buzzword – it's a fundamental aspect of quality care. Let's prioritize empathy, transparency, and efficiency to ensure every patient feels valued and respected. #PatientExperience #Healthcare #EmpathyMatters #customerexperience

Our collaboration focuses on reablement, empowering individuals to master daily activities and regain independence and enable them to return home or assess for longterm needs at right time. This collaboration not only enhances patient outcomes but also drives financial efficiency and frees up hospital beds. Most importantly, it empowers patients to reclaim independence, reducing strain on hospital resources. Together, we're revolutionising post-hospitalisation care with a patient-focused reablement approach one Trust at a time.
