We recently launched the first series of Plentific Labs for 2024 where we worked with experts across the industry on the issue of voids. During the Plentific Lab, we looked into the root causes of the most prevalent challenges commonly encountered by housing providers when working with voids. The main discussion points included: 🔎 The processes and sequencing of voids work. 🔎 How to design a good voids process. 🔎 How to find efficiencies when working with voids. 🔎 The role technology plays in optimising voids. We will post the outcomes of the voids Plentific Lab very soon, so keep your eyes peeled. In the meantime, head to our website to learn more about how you can get involved with Plentific Labs. 👉 https://lnkd.in/ee2JqSCT #UKProptech #UKHousing #PlentificLab #Voids #PropertyOperations

"The concept of data being stored in an #ElectronicHealthRecords vs. the reality of that was not matching. Things can still get done, and they do, but fundamentally the complexity and sheer volume of data that #genetics and #GeneticSequencing generates needs solutions that can accommodate that." Have you watched the interview with PhenoTips CEO Dr. Pawel Buczkowicz, PhD conducted by our partner Thin Air Labs? Watch the video linked below to discover why PhenoTips exists and how the complete #GenomicHealthRecord is helping realize a future in which #GenomicMedicine and #PersonalizedCare are a reality for all. https://lnkd.in/ex7AUN5n

The best part about a community is when the members help each other without the leader present. Remember, if you're free to speak, help each other, meet, and have new ideas - you're in a community. If you're not - you're in a cult. Shout out to Anna Beatriz Ferreira Ph.D. for organizing the first east coast meetup for the Trulitica Community. You da best :) 👉Come join a group of 50+ life science leaders who are building life long relationships, accelerating each others careers, and having a blast doing it. #biotechnology, #biotech, #community

Our application deadline for the new EWOR Fellowship cohorts is June 3rd. If you want to be part of a peer group of expectational founders who all have the potential to build the next generation of tech companies with a global impact, apply now at 👉https://ewor.com/apply If you know someone who might be a good fit for EWOR please nominate at 👉 https://lnkd.in/d7h6b9YC At EWOR, we are NOT interested in founders focused on "first world problems" or those that are working only on incremental improvements to existing problems. At EWOR, we support nerds, rebels, and visionaries in building the next generation of impactful tech companies. These range from people developing innovative storage solutions for renewable energy (Jorgen Tveit), finding a cure for cancer (Elijah Mojares), to those engaged in AI-based drug discovery for new molecules to extend human lifespan (Alexander Dakhovnik), and building software to enable a faster transition to a net-zero emissions world (Daniela Heil). #startups
