'Hey Miroslav, we have a problem. We tried different things and had no sufficient sales. We want to try your method but we lost trust in people who charged a lot promising wonders. Now we would like if you could save us.... ....for free / ...comission-only.' Seriously? Put yourself in my shoes and tell someone to ask you the same. Or go to a new hairdresser, ask him to do you a haircut for free because your last hairdresser did it bad. Would it work? I can't try it, I don't have any hair. I also do not have nerve for chancers. Whenever I went somewhere to fix something the others failed to fix or made worse - I paid again and it was their full rate. Same goes for commission-only work. Maybe your product is awesome and can be a market success. But what about the sales cycle? And what if the product exactly is the problem? If you do business - yours are all associated risks. I am rather flexible but there must be some guarantee.

You should answer if commission is going to be 50% I could consider it :) Just kidding but this is a joke, nothing is free so they aren’t serious.
