👥Last week, together with our Italian HR team Matteo Rumi Marco Panzeri Laura Luccini, I had the pleasure of piloting an interesting new format at Novelis: our #employerbranding Awareness Workshop for our local leaders in Italy. ✨ A big thank you for the great cooperation and to all participants who made this session a success! Together, we will continue to drive forward our employer branding strategy 🚀and position our company as #employerofchoice. 💪🌟 Here are some key take aways from the session: 1️. Strong employer branding is not just an HR topic, but a strategic asset to which the entire company contributes. The session was a great sign. 2. Our brand should reflect the reality of our daily working environment in order to strengthen credibility and trust. Therefore, the question at the very beginning was: "Why is Novelis my employer of choice?" 3. Our employees are our best ambassadors and we were able to recruit many new ones. Their authentic stories and experiences bring our employer branding to life and make it credible. 4. A positive and consistent candidate experience across all touchpoints is crucial. From first contact to onboarding and further on, candidates should gain a lasting positive impression of us. We worked on this in small groups and got many new insights. #TeamWork #Leadership #TalentAttraction #EmployeeExperience
