🚀 It's time for new adventures! October marked my last month at TheVentury after close to 5 incredible years.
When Valentin Aschermann invited me to the office back then, I never imagined the wild ride that lay ahead.
A journey filled with thousands of wonderful memories with our exceptional team and clients, endless learnings on a professional, leadership, and personal level, involvement in over 70 projects and workshops, and a rollercoaster 🎢 of highs and lows, laughter and tears - and lastly my very own monopoly game #miriamopoly (thanks GrowthBusters!!!).
The main reason I joined back then was the yearning for a team as a freelance consultant, and TheVentury definitely delivered on that promise! So I just want to say THANK YOU to every single (ex)-Venturer – you made this journey unforgettable! 💜

What's next?
Until February, I'll be exploring trends and hunting innovations in #Guangzhou, China. Beyond that, the future remains unwritten, but I'm certain it will be in my #couragezone ;)
