Here we are . In another country.. With no support... And your team failed. Of course they said give us 4 hours . In which I said you'll be closed.. and I'm stuck in an UNSAFE CONDITION. Ruining my vacation with no access. You can fly me home immediately and reimburse my entire vacation because I can't be without access.
They ensured me (and I called BS) they would be working on it. I said no . You'll be closed when I'm up and need it. This was at 3am my time. It's now 10:34am and my day and vacation is at a stop. I want full compensation and a plane ticket home.
You can not just keep putting people out of access and leave them unsafe... Especially single women... With a disability 😡
No access. No support.
No SIM working (that is brand new that was sent before I left)
This is Mint Mobile standard at this point. Only now.. it's very serious...
I have Mint Mobile. I lost my phone. I have tried everything I know to be able to contact someone at Mint Mobile. I don't want someone else accessing and using my account. I need to talk to a person. Your bot is not able to help me. When I asked for a human assistant none was provided and eventually the bot came back again saying it was able to help with many questions. I was hoping to have the phone returned. I lost it at a restaurant yesterday, but It is closed until tomorrow. There is supposed to be a human available through your support chat but, it is not available and I was within the time frame to access someone multiple times today. Please Help.

A Cortado With Alex Taylor:
A man who must stay on top of TWO dynamic environments! A genuinely interesting guy who saw an opportunity and is making the most of it. Ironically, someone in Greg Beck's circle could have used his company's services literally the day of this recording...

Watching this clip with Scott and Rachel had me divided to say the least. As a former officer and military veteran, I could feel for Scott. By all appearances, he was living his dream job, his purpose, even though you could see the issues that he was facing. On the other hand, as a mother, raising my children was one of the most important things I’ve ever done, and I could feel for Rachel and her need for Scott’s assistance and partnership. I could also feel for Rachel's logical mind in the financial component, but it was overridden by Scott's purpose in love for the job. I was scared that this would become a divided issue, but I think many are struggling with this very issue. Though Scott and Rachel’s solution may not be the answer for every family, it opens up the line of communication necessary for a win-win for both parties.
At the end of the day, the most important thing we have is our family. We can get lost in the job and put our families on the back burner. When we say serve and protect, that means also the people in our homes. We must find new innovative ways to make our families work to keep our relationship strong. The research shows that relationships are extremely important, this can be seen when relationships, dissolve and come to an end, but even before relationships, dissolve and come to an end, one or both parties are living unhappily.
I believe this documentary “IS THERE SOMETHING GOING ON AT HOME” will not only open eyes but spotlight the reality of what happens behind closed doors in police families across this Country. I think many believe it’s only their family that is struggling. Many more believe it is only their family who is dealing with these types of issues. Scott and Rachel were honest, open, and raw. Their authenticity will allow other families to address this issue head-on in their homes before serious relationship problems manifest and before they lead to bigger problems in the home and on the job.
