In marketing, we have something called seasonal content, but should all relevant events be categorized as "seasonal content"? 🌈 As a marketer who champions inclusivity, I've grown weary of seeing Pride reduced to a marketing ploy. 🏳️🌈 This Pride Month, let's go beyond superficial gestures. Don't use this significant time if your commitment to LGBTQ+ rights isn't genuine and consistent year-round. 🌟 It's about making real changes in our companies and communities, ensuring inclusivity every day, not just in June. 🌈 Let's use this month as an opportunity for genuine advocacy and impactful actions.
