Reflecting on My Journey at NICICO, From Machinery Lubricant Analyst to Condition Monitoring Specialist It's not just a workplace; it's a journey that shaped me personally and professionally. As I look back on my time at NICICO, I can't help but feel a wave of nostalgia for the days spent as a Machinery Lubricant Analyst, gradually evolving into a Condition Monitoring Specialist. NICICO was the platform where I honed my skills in machinery lubrication analysis. The training sessions, coupled with hard work, paved the way for me to take on the role of a Condition Monitoring Specialist. The learning curve was steep, but the challenges were met with enthusiasm. At NICICO, we weren't just employees; we were a team dedicated to excellence. Together, we implemented a comprehensive suite of condition monitoring techniques - from vibration analysis to inspections, thermography, PPM, ultrasound, and precision alignment and balancing.
