Avoid this common pitfall in CS… Recently we spoke with Bérénice Carrega of rzilient - Gestion de parc IT. She shared how early on, their CS team was eager to assist other departments, even with tasks outside their core responsibilities. What initially seemed like ‘great collaboration’, Began to slowly overwhelm the CS team. They were becoming the catch-all for all other departments. Soon, their motivation began to dip.
