Escape the vicious cycle of reactive maintenance = less downtime + less work + lower costs + less stress
If you are a Plant Manager or a Senior Executive then please do not just treat maintenance as just a cost centre... to be controlled, to be reduced to a minimum. Why? In so many organisations the opportunities hidden in the maintenance department are huge. Dig deep and you will find: opportunities to increase uptime opportunities to reduce scheduled downtime opportunities to systematically reduce costs by doing less work opportunities to increase productivity opportunities to make your workplace a better place to work Opportunities that will increase uptime, lower costs and ultimately boost profitability. So in 2023 start looking at maintenance & reliability as an opportunity. #maintenance #ReliabilityAcademy
