ALWAYS START WITH CX (Customer Experience). I hear so many pitches/presentations and alarmingly, most people think SYSTEM first or OPERATIONS first. That's valid because you can't execute with those two, but that is prioritizing YOUR company's UX over CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. And that is why so many apps/systems/services/companies do not succeed.
