Meet Ryan Bergman, Quality Design Engineer II at Midmark! As a #QualityDesignEngineer, Ryan's team is responsible for ensuring Midmark products achieve the highest quality. If there's a customer-facing issue, Ryan addresses it by interpreting field data and implementing corrective actions. One of his favorite parts about his role is witnessing the positive impact it has on customers. Outside of his role, Ryan is passionate about helping lead a great culture for his teammates. In fact, he organized an annual smoked pork cook-off as a fun team-building event. Thank you, Ryan, for all the great work you do every day – both customer-facing and internal. This photo #FromTheArchives takes us back to June 13, 1970. Just about 54 years ago, I.E. Industries celebrated its first manufacturing plant in Versailles with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The new factory drove a lot of buzz. Even Robert A. Taft, Jr., who at the time was an Ohio State Representative, visited Versailles and attended the dedication ceremony. #MidmarkHistory
