Mickey Pelletier’s Post

As an independent consultant, I've always referred to myself as an "outside" consultant. While the traditional definition emphasizes that I’m not an employee of the companies I consult for, I bring a wealth of "inside" knowledge to the table. In fact, my experience could arguably classify me as an "inside" consultant, and here’s why: 1️⃣ I've served inside as a client contingent workforce program owner. 2️⃣ I've led strategy from the inside for a client-side contingent workforce program. 3️⃣ I've been a contingent workforce SME consultant inside one of the largest global consulting firms. 4️⃣ I've worked as a CW consultant inside one of the leading ERP and VMS platforms. 5️⃣ I've implemented and managed global solutions inside two of the largest MSPs. This diverse background with industry giants gives me a unique perspective in the CW consulting space. My goal is to leverage both my inside and outside experiences to deliver exceptional value to my clients. Thank you for being part of this journey. #contingentworkforce #consulting #leadership
