🚨 Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) Awareness During the Euro Cup! 🚨 ⚽️ With the Euro Cup excitement in full swing, it’s crucial to be prepared for emergencies, especially SCA. Here’s what you need to know: 🩺 Recognize the Signs of SCA: • Sudden collapse • No pulse • No breathing • Loss of consciousness 💡 Immediate Actions to Take: 1. 📞 Call for Help: • Send someone to call the stadium medical team OR call ambulance services immediately. 2. 💔 Start CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation): • Push hard and fast in the center of the chest. • Aim for a rate of 100-120 compressions per minute. 3. ⚡️ Locate an AED (Automated External Defibrillator): • Follow the instructions on the device. • If no AED is available, continue CPR until emergency medical services arrive. 🧠 Stay Calm and Focused: • Every second counts.
