I really hope that more people would think like this. The world becomes a better place when we celebrate the wins of others—so do teams, workplaces, friendships, and family relationships. Someone else's success is not a game over for you; it actually says nothing about you. We all have different paths, different goals, and what success means to me may not mean the same to you. So, celebrate others' wins, learn from them, and lift them up! Boost Team Morale: Celebrating others’ successes fosters a positive work environment.
