Reflecting on the incredible SHRM Annual conference in Chicago, our journey together is off to an exciting start! Alongside our SHRM colleagues, we proudly announced our partnership to develop and deliver a skills-based talent ecosystem, a pivotal solution for the future of work. As part of his incredibly inspiring keynote at the event, Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., SHRM-SCP, SHRM CEO, shared that "We will close the education to employment gap. We have to. We have to address the skills that workers need. The crisis is here. We need to create standardized, universal, validated approaches to assessing skills of all workers. And we will upskill the HR profession on how to use these skills." As part of our collaboration - we're collectively committed to helping HR professionals and the workforce show up differently and best prepared to tackle the workforce challenges of the future.
