What are some valuable follow-up strategies for sales reps once you've sent all the info and the ball is in their court, but you haven't heard from the prospect in a while Here are some things I do within a follow-up note: - Try to always include a personal anecdote from previous conversations. - Send a link when a team member, company or product are mentioned in the media. - Include a Case Study that makes sense. - Share the most relevant industry news.
