I hope they begin to normalize that you do not have to always be “experiencing “ extreme episodes to work on mental health. I recently went to therapy just because maybe there is something I can work on as it relates to stress or my mothers death at 15. I did not even realize I was holding on to the past and some other things. So these children going through so much more than us as teenagers need somewhere to decompress from the fast paced knowledge being thrown at them on socials, tv and radio.

Curious …how underreported is this , number. Raising the awareness and prioritizing the awareness is a first step toward support for so many young people. Mental health is healthcare integrating the practices may support the care and reduce the stigmas.

This number strikes me as low; do you know if it considers the mental state of children and adolescents living in extreme poverty, war zones, and climate-changing conditions? Thanks for your Unicef's important work.

Absolutely, mental health is crucial at every stage of life. From childhood and adolescence through adulthood and into older age, maintaining mental well-being is essential for overall health and quality of life.  Prioritizing mental health at every age helps build a stronger, more empathetic, and healthier society.❤️✨

Mental health is another component of overall health that people have difficulty accepting due to their perspective. What is typical to those with thought processing disorders, is atypical to outside observers. Convincing those afflicted with thought processing disorders is an uphill battle. Even if you are once trusted, the mere mention of a thought processing disorder triggers paranoia and disbelief from those affected. Trust those who have traveled this path on getting help.

Can you imagine the mental health of the children in Gaza? Probably not, unless you’ve suffered through apartheid, ethnic cleansing, and genocide, as they have. Unimaginable cruelty, horror, and suffering that has been funded by OUR government with OUR tax dollars. PLEASE WAKE UP AMERICA.

Number one cause of Mental Health is not having a personal relationship with God. Prove me wrong. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. John 16:33 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ: 1 Peter 1:13
