Laser Focus is a Superpower. 💪 Here are my top 5 tips. Priorize consistency. As MJ has shown below. His consistency for excellence was unparalleled. As Woody Allen said. “80% of success is showing up”. Avoid distractions. When you're working, put your phone away. No alerts and no notifications (yes that includes checking your LinkedIn). Time Management. Your time is precious. Set a timer for each tasks. Stick to it. Learn to Say No. You need to establish boundaries to yourself and people around you. You don't need to explain your decision. No means No! Be Healthy. If you're not healthy, none of the above matters.
