Loved this. With the onset of AI, we should all be thinking about being more productive and improving the quality of our ideas and our outputs rather than simply being more efficient. Simply laying off staff to do the same with less (with AI) is only staving off the inevitable - competitors using their current staff to become more productive (with AI) and delighting customers with vast improvements of creativity and innovative solutions.
