Director, Vehicle Technologies Office, US Department of Energy

I'm excited to highlight not 1, not 2, but 3 exciting openings at the Vehicles Office! These are all available here: https://lnkd.in/eeW-78Au Each of these three positions is “direct hire”, meaning if interested you apply through a general link and we are able to consider applicants from that pool. The VTO is an extraordinary place to work so please consider these or share with great folks in your network. For anyone who applies, please let me know so we can keep an eye out for your application – it is very important to do this or the office may not be able to access it. We have a new posting for a Technology Integration Deployment Manager (GS-13). This will be a key leader on our team that makes our clean transportation work real in the world, including through our Clean Cities & Communities coalitions, education and workforce programs, and partnerships. We also have an opening for an Analysis Technology Manager (GS-12). Analysis plays a core role here at VTO to inform our investment strategy, improve our national understanding of the future of transportation, and coordinate critical projects with other transportation-related agencies. Finally, we still have an open Electrification Technology Manager (GS-13). We’re making big investments nationally in charging and vehicle-grid integration and this position will be key to manage our research and engagement on topics like charging technology, integrating vehicles in the grid to maximize benefits, and understanding how charging is deployed and used. Thanks for your help making sure we have the best people here for our critical work building a better transportation future!
