Sully is a hero for driving this initiative every year. CALM is a charity close to both of our hearts and it's the second year in a row my son Nelson and I have shared the challenge..... https://lnkd.in/e43B_VjH Nelson Tobin James Sullivan Campaign Against Living Miserably

Let me share a story about Uncle John ❤️ Who possessed a remarkable superpower 🦸♂️ : the ability to uplift everyone around him simply by lending an ear. His gift lay in making people feel truly heard, allowing them the freedom to express themselves without reservation. With his genuine openness, he fostered an environment where individuals felt safe to share their thoughts and emotions 💬💪 As we mark Mental Health Awareness Month this May, I’m encouraging people to share their stories because when we see we are not alone in our struggles it helps ease the pain. Talking about mental health, and the fact that we all have experiences across the wellbeing continuum throughout our lives, can help break the stigma of mental health struggles and encourage people to access the resources they need 🫂 #MentalHealthAwareness #BreakTheStigma

As someone who tried to commit suicide last year, I cannot thank you enough for this. Such a vital cause. ❤️
