The "2nd Beyond Green Round Table" took place last week. This time it was hosted by Sara Praeceptor, MSc Mondi Group and Alexandra Eder-Kollmitzer Lenzing Group. Focus of the event was on #EmplyoeeResourceGroups and how they can #drive #DEI forward. 💡 Together, we discussed which targets would make sense in the area of DEI, what the #strategy for this could look like and which key figures and #metrics we could use to make #success measurable. 🤘 But what is even #cooler is the fact that we have created a #format in which we can openly exchange ideas as company representatives. #Learning from each other and sharing #successes and #failures.
