This is so related to me and I feel like I was in his position yet he still manages and still inspiring me more, when I got my anxiety I usually do this step: 1. take a break take a break from any activities, like every active especially something that can make your anxiety worse 2. have a hobby do your hobby and makes you forget about your problem but remember this is just a transition so you can't run away from any problem every time you face your anxiety. 3. Evaluate yourself and make your solution so that after you energized yourself, time to face reality. Evaluate your experience and then applied the problem that you face at the moment 4. You are not alone Even after all you've of the above and you still failed or you haven't solved your problem just remember you are not alone because you always have friends, family and even if you still think that you've done this alone just remember there are tons of people in your position that's where you must thinking that you are not fighting alone These tips do not 100% succeed for me however these help me to anticipate my anxiety and I still learn to have a better solution 😀 share your own solution to face your anxiety 😁 #anxiety #anxietysupport #anxietytips #virtualassistantlife #selfevaluation

I´m petty, and I love drama. Chances are, you do too. The tea. The juice. El salseo. La chicha. Every language is rich with terma to describe that irresistible component of the content, the one that increases our endorphin levels and keeps us glued to the story for hours, just so we find out the ending. Now, let´s deconstruct what drama is and why it is so effective. The “WHY?” is very straightforward: 🥱 We are bored, and we love to be entertained. The drama serves us to satisfy our every taste. 🌀 Drama distracts them from the reality of life, allowing us not to think of our problems. ⚡ We are empathic creatures; seeing emotion-field action excites and energizes us, giving us an adrenaline kick. 💕 We see ourselves in it. We connect to the subjects of drama because we´ve been there in the same situations. 🚗 It is a “car crash effect” - we can´t stop looking. We want to know. It´s a mix of natural curiosity and concern for safety that makes us care. We definitely want this unbreakable attention to our content, so what components should we include to create drama? 🖼 Portrayal of human experience, a relatable, imperfect character, or common situation our audience can associate with. 💣 Conflict, filled with emotion. It can be an internal one or a situation that is sucking our character in. It has to create a tension that is asking for the resolution. 🧬 An unexpected twist or even two. Don´t let your audience think “I know what´s coming” for too long because they´ll lose interest. The unpredictability keeps them hungry for what´s coming next. I´m dying to see the “must-watch” dramatic b2b content, as b2c has already mastered it.
