Maybe they can add an application to count the distance people are making and make an algorithm to transform it into carbon credit. Let me speak about my mental health. Today is the World Mental Health Day and the right time for this topic. Early 2022, I was in my lowest mental health point ever, horribly tough. Between covid vibes, several disappointments from trusted people, and a bit of hard lessons learnt, things were almost over any human capacity. Barely anyone noticed. After few months, I stood up back on my feet and took a decision to take control of my life and prioritize my mental health and set my own rules of living and since then things have changed forever to the better. Below was my secret recipe and my daily rules: 1- Total disconnection from negative people, arrogant people, and materialistic people. 2- Stopped fearing any human being no matter who he or she is, what they do, or how powerful they can be. 3- Investing my time in being with people who give and take for a mutual benefit and less with people who only remember you when they need anything from you. 4- I learnt how to master ignoring people with ego, the more you meet such people the more you enjoy not satisfying their hunger to practice their ego on you and others. 5- Stopped taking things very personal especially when I catch people trying to backstab me and play games behind my back, in fact I enjoy identifying them today and watching them act without them knowing while I know their real toxic intentions and ready to take action when needed. 6- I learnt how to forgive but never forget, forgive without holding grudges but never forget to stay reminded of not falling or allowing anyone I care about to fall into the same traps anymore. 7- I learnt to only trust myself blindly while being cautious with everyone else I deal with until they prove their utmost trust worthiness. 8- Never wasting time and energy anymore in debates and unnecessary arguments, whatever I can’t change is never taking any share of my energy again. 9- Staying positive, surrounding myself with positive people, and always living and working in an optimistic manner no matter what happens around me, positivity is the fuel. 10- I learnt to speak up and seek advice and help when needed, this is an incredible strength and never ever a weakness.
