Whilst you don't need specific experience within a similar role, the fast-paced nature of this position and business does need you to be coming from a production or manufacturing set-up. You'll be busy, you've got to keep composed and focus on the job at hand. If you're not from a high speed, critical turnaround type environment, you may find it difficult to adjust. This is an entry-level role but absolutely vital in this very impressive business. They promote from within. The current General Manager started in this position, experienced every department and is now running the show. The possibility for you to do the same is real. It's down to you if you want it or not. The business manufacture and ship out packaging labels. Globally. Across so many different sectors. The biggest sector though, by far, is within the alcohol and beverages market. You'll be responsible for making their customer's products look the business. So the label has been briefed, it's been designed, it's been printed and is now sitting in front of you. You'll be working at pace but the role is all about the inspection of the label. Any blemishes? Any misprints? Something not right? Speak now, or forever hold your peace. Once you pack it up, label it up and seal the box, it's gone. You're pretty integral to the whole process and th wider business. Talking of the wider business, You're part of a much larger family. There are another 200 people within the business. That number plans to be significantly increased by the end of the year. You're part of a business that is hungry
