The two best ways to learn somthing: 1. Try and fail 2. Ask many questions Both ways require you to take action. Stop observing from the sidelines and get in the game.

Failure teaches us something Inaction teaches us nothing When we miss our target, our instinct tells us to adjust, recalibrate and adapt. Then we try again. If it’s still a miss, we adjust, recalibrate and adapt. Then we try again. The cycle just goes on and on until we achieve our goal. The cycle will continue to go on for as long as we keep trying. It will only stop once we stop - trying.

Woow, This is the one of the most amazing, sincere talk I ever listen lately. Marshall Goldsmith well known in executive coach (I am also certified coach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. In below video, he talks about giving two minutes everyday to Get BETTER ALMOST Everything. In the video Marshall give us bunch of question to ask everyday based on what is most important to us. Life is easy to talk, hard o implement. So he says even he wrote the theory of this discipline, he get help everyday. So some of the uestion I wrote below: -How many times you try to prove that you are write, which is not worth it? -How many decstructive comments did you do yesterday? -how many pushup did you do yesterday? -how many munites did you write? -Did you say anything good to your wife? -Your Children? -Your Grandchildren? -How many push up did you do yesterday? -How many sit -up did you do yesterday? so he has 29 personal question. Can you write for yourself and kppe track? Can you get help for that? Do you have someone to support you for that? So he says he can get help, you can get help, asking for help, paying for that is not bad thing. If you have purpose and if you want to make your life worth living. You need to make concious decisions and even you can pay people to help you to gain your goals. He hired a woman to call him everyday to ask the question which he gave to us, Although he is one fo the most You can watch whole video from below, enjoy the process... #CEOMindset #Peakperformer #leadership https://lnkd.in/dqjricHG

It's time to reframe the meaning of failure. We grow up thinking of failure as something extremely negative (at least, I know I did 😰) We are scared to fail. Embarrassed to fail. Because of that, we don't push. We don't try. This was how I operated until one day at the gym, a friend said the following: "Laia, it's a good thing you failed. If you don't fail, you aren't trying hard enough" That hit me. When we fail, we learn. When we fail, it means we've really tried. Now, I ask myself every week: What did I fail at? #liweb3

Learning to embrace “good enough” can be a tough challenge, It is hard to stop striving for the perfect solution and learn to embrace the good solution at hand. To be summarized, I will end with one more quote from General George Patton: “A good plan, violently executed now, is better than a perfect plan next week.” Focus on identifying and implementing good plans that are readily available, Stop chasing perfection. #Quality #perfect #good #thinking #mentality
