It’s super important to hire a team when you guys are making money a lot of people actually start saving money and compromise on growth while saving the money It’s so obvious that if you hire right people on right time they can increase your productivity hence you making more money

What is the best hiring process to build a right team?

What comes first: hiring a team or having money to hire a team? Here's a hack to think about it differently: charge the client what you would charge them if you already had the team. Charge for the vision. That will pad your pockets in a way that supports your efforts to build the team. (because no one should work for free, am i rite?) What type of team are you looking to build? What is the pay structure for your team? Roles/Responsibilities? What would you charge to support that model? Anyone reading these all the way through? How most people think they should build a team in their business: - Hire someone off the internet - Tell them the end goal - Send them on their way to begin working How you actually build a high-performing team: - Engage Deskwork to find the right offshore talent for your business - Equip them with the right knowledge and tools - Delegate tasks and have regular check-ins to offer support Hiring strong talent is good but providing strong leadership is better. Make your people feel empowered. Don't abandon them.

Because you’re doing client work, You don’t have time. Because you don’t have time, You can’t focus on signing clients. Because you’re not signing clients, You’re not generating cash flow. Because you’re not generating cash flow, You can’t hire a team. Because you can’t hire a team, You’re doing client work. The cycle will continue forever, Unless you: 1. Building a strong team is possible only with A players. Here are some traits of these players: 1. They take responsibility. 2. They are committed to their word. 3. They don’t need to be tightly managed. 4. They are natural problem solvers. So instead of settling with B or C players , focus on hiring A players . They are self driven beasts.

All businesses are collections of systems. Systems and machines that when pieced together, form a well oiled organization. Build a lead generation/marketing system. Then a sales system. Then a fulfillment system. Create operating systems to run underneath them all and hire team to run them as you slowly remove yourself (if you wish to remove yourself).
