Company Culture If your company is rotten to the core, you will not be able to build a good Culture; this was an eye-opening summarized quote, source: Denise T., a lecturer at #Aftotech23. At the end of her lecture, Tanqueray Edwards, MPA and I looked at each other and said, "Wow, she is good." She moved us with her examples and ability to speak directly to her audience. Full circle experience: Later on the expo floor, there were multiple companies, all with great missions and representation. While walking the floor we stopped at the PwC booth to visit with Samantha Piatt (Gibson), a vibrant human we met on the elevator. She introduced us to Sheila Robinson, who literally brought me to tears. How did she get me to tears, you ask? She blew my mind away with her approach and style of recruiting, her confidence in her company, and her dedication to the experience of an applicant!
