Hello All, I wanted to take the time to introduce our company... If you are reading this, you probably received an invitation to like our page or you were referred to our page through our personal network. We are a team of professional consultants who typically work by referral. If you are from Texas or Mexico, chances are you have met one of our partners. If you know one of us, we are the friend you all call when you need to know a guy to get something done. When we joined forces, we expanded our network to include each other's contacts. This company didn't happen by accident, but feels like it did. We were led to this point by being ourselves and helping others find the best outcomes for the highest good. My friends still call me to ask for tech advice or education advice. This has been so many years in the making! We are happy to be here and our first day in business is off to a great start with clients we love! Our values have led us to understand that 2024 is not about competition... it is about collaboration! We are all so used to working in our silos and this company will serve as an example of collaboration through team work and strong partnerships. We value our network, our internal and external partners and our clients! We are selective about who we work with because we base it on the why. Your why is the most important part of your day and what drives you when challenges arise. At Multi-Services International we believe the only limit is your imagination! "You have to network more". For a long time, "networking" sounded to me like grabbing canapés and making small talk with a stranger in an event coffee break, while exchanging business cards. Boring. But it's about making your "net", this complex, interlocking system of relationships, work for you and for others. Picture a spider's web: it's about all the connecting points that you can weave into your life to help you learn and develop, and support others as well. It's solid, it's real, and *you* build it. This group started as a Lean In chapter in Paris, and evolved to a network of 15-20 international women who meet and exchange regularly. We talk, with (some) structure: we've been following our work lives for quite some time, so when we share our doubts or concerns, there is always an expert eye, there's always this outside view, rich from our different life and professional paths, as well as from our strong willingness to honestly support each other - because we've all been there. And because we trust each other to share, sometimes what we hear are rude awakenings; but it's all meant well, and done lightly, and we grow. This is my web, one of the many branches that my web has. Simple things said in these meetings have helped me unblock so many relevant beliefs, and I've grown not only from what I've heard, but from what I've shared as well. If you want to build your network, start now - don't wait until you need something from someone. Reach out and share what you have. Ask questions, contact someone you knew from a previous job. Join groups, even if you're an introvert - there'll always be somewhere you'll feel comfortable in. And send me a note - I'd love to bring you in to my web, and support you on building your own! (It’s never too early or too late!) 💥 Join your work employee networks 💥 Join professional groups which give you access to f2f meet-ups where you can find allies and potential sponsors 💥 Volunteer as a trustee or ambassador to add your value to initiatives. 👉🏾 What has being networked delivered to me? 💥 Opportunities to keep me busy, invigorated and entertained 24/7 👉🏾 My takeaway: 💥 It’s all about what you can do to help others. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧: 𝐀𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐱 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤! Since the founding of Apolix, we've always aimed to be the employer of the future. Our vision included providing benefits beyond the norm, such as unlimited vacation days, access to mental health support, and ensuring every employee has a fully operational laptop from day one.     Although these initiatives were part of our core philosophy, they had not been formally evaluated until recently. Last month, Apolix participated in the organisation-wide Great Place To Work® Nederland survey for the first time.    We are extremely excited to announce that we score a whopping 93% satisfaction across the board and are now Great Place to Work Certified! For reference, the average for comparative companies in the Netherlands is 58%.     From the survey results, we are proud to reveal Apolix scored:  🤝 94% in camaraderie: Apolians feel connected and a part of the team. 💡 90% in innovation: we're not afraid to try new things. ✊ 91% in working with integrity: we are uncompromising in our values.   Of course, no company is perfect and while we are immensely proud of these results, Apolix always strives to be better. One area for improvement is our score of 71% in work pressure. As an outcome, we have created an internal team (the Apolix Space Agency) to represent our colleagues.
