Taylor Stitch automates their retention (and your revenue) with direct mail. And they've generated $1.75m so far, @ a 10x ROI. Although they previously relied on paid media (e.g., Meta) and email, they wanted to get started with mail... But with a smaller budget and rapid launches. Since launching their direct mail program, they've crushed holidays and kept mail campaigns "switched on" for hands-off retention revenue. Love this , I have seen this a few times from a few uk brands that I buy from, and the emails I get just go unopened, but they get me flicking through a catalogue or flyer with a message from the CEO.
