Though I do not expect most organizations to have prohibited AI systems, the size of the fines imposed by the AI Act will mean that someone is going to have go in, check, then stand in front of the board to tell them that the business is not at risk … and this will all need to happen before Christmas.    Gabriele Rigon and I have just published the second note in a series which provides best-practice guidance for organizations seeking to adapt the requirements of the AI Act.
