🔍 Diving deep into the discussion on maintaining and boosting European technology #leadership at the Chips JU Launch Event - Panel Session 2! 🚀 Discussion led by a stellar lineup: Signe Ratso, Sigrid Johannisse, Stefan Finkbeiner, Maurice Geraets, Sébastien Dauvé, Eva Maydell (Paunova). This is very worth listening to. Jensen Huang comes across as insightful, knowledgeable, and humble. I've been following Nvidia since the NV1 in 1995, and Jensen Huang since a few years after that. Its not surprising that he brought Nvidia to where it is. It is surprising that so many thought he was just making a 'gamer' company for so long. Game Engines, Simulations, Digital Twins, Virtual Worlds, 3D, AI, XR, Spatial Computing, & Cloud all go beyond gaming and into so much more. These are the underpinning of computing across the next 30 years. Note that I did not say, the web. Cloud not Web, on the internet, sorry. GPU on Device and GPU in Cloud. Jensen has known this for 20+ years. He steered us toward this. Nvidia has a market cap of $1.125.85 Billion today, not because of hype, but because of products. What would happen if looked at your business from the 90-Day perspective? Imagine this: you and your leadership team begin to set 90-Day priorities. Yall come up with 3-7. Not 23.... if everything is important, nothing is important! Then for 90 days, you execute with extreme discipline and focus on accomplishing those 3-7 priorities for that 90-day period. At the end of the 90 days, you check yourself: how did you guys do? What went well? What areas could you improve? How will you get better at setting and achieving 90 day priorities? Then you evaluate the next 90 days, get strategic with what the company needs to get done, and establish 3-7 new 90 day priorities. Then you repeat the cycle. If you follow this process, you will get a feeling of real traction and strong momentum in the RIGHT direction because you are working on the RIGHT things!
