Great chairs of the boards are essential for any organization to achieve growth and prosperity. Today, we have brilliant representatives of forward-looking, global, trustworthy gentlemen as chairs. However, it's time for companies to consider having a woman as their next chair. This decision is crucial for diversity and inclusion, as well as for achieving planet, people, and profit targets. Women are ready to contribute as intelligent teams and to drive businesses forward. As someone who has served as a chair several times, I know the difference between taking responsibility and leading compared to being a board member. Let's invite women to the end of the tables and give them the opportunity to shine. Thank you to LinKS Alumn advokat Marianne Philip and the great women from @WomenCorporateDirectors responsible for bringing this conversation to light at the latest meeting of Women's Corporate Director at #kromannreumert. Europe of today is about building a secure, yet growth-based European society with our global allies countries. This is the agenda of all EU nations’ leaders - and corporate champions as well. This ambition is for the long and sustainable term and enholds massive structural changes. "Let’s’ not be afraid of our own strength" quote prime minister of Estonia, Kaja Kallas. And started her speech: "Dear gentlemen. And a few women". My own comment is: Please join us in positioning the massive amounts of intelligence that both men and women represent at the end of the European decision tables. Put forward ambitious agendas and reach out to partners. We need intelligence, scale, and ambitious investments. As many of you know, in LinKS we have as pioneers and in collaboration w. the work’s leading academia, educated decision-makers of a whole nation - Denmark - across all sectors. Sponsoring the NGOs to join with valuable input for the societal agendas. 25 years ago this mission began. For the last 5 years, together w. Realdania and BLOX, we have co-created with all nations and their ambassadors were our honorable partners - in progressing liveable and sustainable societies. Now, as many also know, the mission of LinKS goes out of Bruxelles and is about building a stronger Europe in a time of pressure and war that I have not seen in my lifetime. The LinKS community always created and worked in alliances as a means of reaching new ambitions. This time too. Some missions are in front: The themes of Life Sciences and Health as a European globally leading cluster w technology, research, and applied impact for our citizens, as the enabler - for generations. As Europeans, we build societies as we freely choose to, based on strong structures, sustainable industries, regulative standards for common good - and an intention to move innovation at the speed of decisions delivered during COVID-19. Health should be at core of the next round of European politics. That is not to be taken for granted. Security and Health are the basic pillars of citizens' lives. Therefore Defense structures as a security society are needed and will prevail for decades to come. We have been the sleeping beauty for too long. The chairs and change agents of the corporates, civic society, politicians and foundations - our LinKS alumni - and diplomatic corp community - we call to onboard the future of a stronger Europe. Industrial synergies must be harvested, we must reorganize and seek European partners first now. To become better global allies. And global part er to build Europe side by side. The next circle of leaders in EU will be on this grand task. Investments need this direction in your navigation guide and so do business efforts and research hubs. Europe. Home.
