PERSONAL EXPERIMENTATION FUND !! Just realised that this has been my biggest flex while educating Naji Mehardad on it who just joined team TOP. When you wait for a client or your manager to approve stuff, it takes forever and ever and ever sometimes. In that case, how do you add more value ? Put together an experimentation fund from your own pocket that you can afford to part with and make sure you do not harm the company in any way. The worst case scanario is you loose that money. But think about - the value you bring in if it works - the retainer add on you get every time it works - the appraisal you will get just because of the risk takings. You have to just win once, to recoup all of it and much beyond. Has made me 10x faster than anyone else in my client’s team just bcos of this hack. Note: I AM YET TO LOSE ANY MONEY DOING THIS 😊

As well as talking about the motherhood penalty, we need to talk about money. And it is hard to talk about money. So when I saw this powerful course that Angela Meyer and Rachel Davies, CCHt designed, I wanted to let you know about it.
