Xilo was born as an alternative that not only broke molds but also pushed our creativity to the max, aiming to create solutions that made users' lives much easier and, dare we say it, more fun.
On this journey, we realized that every idea, no matter how crazy it seems, is an opportunity to do something awesome. Xilo isn't just a brand; it's our commitment to originality and excellence in every crazy idea that crosses our path. From the get-go, we were clear that we wanted to go beyond expectations, blending functionality and style, and taking the user experience to another level.
At the heart of Xilo beats the belief that creativity has the power to change everything. Every product we launch is the result of a process where creativity and functionality dance together and end up being something we're proud of. We don't just create solutions; we create stories. Stories that start with a crazy idea, and end up being something you didn't know you needed, but now can't live without!
So, join the adventure, where every day we explore the limits of what's possible. Because, at Xilo, we believe that every creation has the power to make the world a more fun and practical place.
So just under a year ago, I went on a little rant here on LinkedIn. In the height of Sprint Innovation Festival, a mistake on my side when taking care of the online booking system for Sprint's Expert Clinic unleashed a mini chaos. I rightly reflected on how through teamwork and the help of many, we managed the situation.
It was with great surprise that when opening my computer this morning, I saw a message from my colleague Saara Eriksson. In short, she was asking me to take care of the same booking system for this year's Sprint pilot. I couldn't bring myself to answer that question straight, so I answered with the gif below.
After the humor, I obviously said I'd do it. After all, I've repeatedly told students it's ok to screw up as long as they learn from their mistake, so I had to put myself in that position and walk the walk.
By the way, if you made it all the way down here, let me ask you a few questions:
🤝 Is your organization interested in cooperation with university students from different fields and other organizations?
⭐ How would it sound to form a phenomenon-based group with a few other brave and inspiring organizations, and offer students a unique learning experience?
🔥 Do you want to get excited and learn new things yourself, maybe find ideas for developing your own organization and industry?
Sprint might just be what you need. Typically Sprint as a magnum event is organized in November. This (academic) year Sprint is undergoing changes in its format and pedagogy, part of those changes is moving the event to March, though we will have a smaller pilot this November, there's still room for few brave organizations to join. If you're interested, send me a message.
