An MVP’s (minimal viable product) job is all about testing and learning. It’s not meant to be a polished product. The 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 is to 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 with the 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. You're not going to make everyone happy, and that's ok. Start by solving one problem for a niche part of your visionary audience. Tackle this first, then expand. And guess what? This doesn’t even require building software. Create the simplest version of your product that addresses their needs and pain points. It can even be a manual solution at first. Launch it to a small group and collect feedback. Use these insights to make data-driven decisions and iteratively improve your product. Remember, an MVP is about learning quickly and efficiently. By starting small and focusing on a niche, you can gather valuable insights without overcommitting resources. Are you struggling with building your MVP? Let’s connect—I’d love to help you navigate this journey. #ProductManagement #StartupGrowth #TechIndustry #ProductMarketFit
