Navigating the legal landscape of health and safety is a daunting task for any business, but particularly so for those with significant decision-making power. The legal responsibilities are not only substantial but also intricate. As businesses strive to create a safe and healthy work environment, they must understand the full breadth of their obligations – not just to their employees, but to customers, visitors, and essentially anyone who steps foot on their premises.
