We're committed to proving eMAR information and Demo's frequently and when providers need it. We have dates and times locked in until end of September at least! Next Thursday we have The Access Group I'll open up with a little pharmacy content including Digital Specialists implementation & support then hand over to Lloyd Evans for what is always an informative and thorough demonstration where he will explain device and operating software with the eMAR solution... ...explain integrations with a suite of other Access Care Solutions including Care & Clinical & Mobile Point of Care, scanning barcodes to administer medicines then complete a medicine round including PRN & follow up, stock management & running balance and display meds round progress with the overview screen... ...dashboard, audit tools like the reports suite and finally cycle change over & monthly check in including with and without scanning. We will take & answer questions in the moment and leave those in attendance really informed about Access eMAR functionality and how this replaces all paper elements with medicine management. Our Live Demo's are always relaxed and informative, when you join we wont keep you in a lobby until we are ready, I'll be on early waiting ready for a chat with those who join early also, we don't restrict questions to the chat box we like to hear questions as they come and show the answers. We will kick off a few minutes after the start time, we know its busy in care and not everyone can join on time and we wont be rushed to finish exactly on the end time, the demos are about those who attend not us, we're here to inform and support system decisions being made. Check our Access bespoke content hosted on our eMAR Digital HUB, here you will see Access information including videos and my quick link for care providers to get involved... https://lnkd.in/d_MW9BSr Liz Griffiths Vicki Jasper Rebecca Mcnicol Shirley Hope Sarah Lott Salma Iqbal Lisa Rutherford Andrew Fishpool Christie Hadler Lesley Benson Angela Groome Ritesh Bakrania Access Care Management #eMAR #eliminategapsonmar #MARR #audit #technology #care #digital

Director, Strategy & Transformation | Teammate, Thought Partner, & Collaborator | Healthcare Innovator | Lean Practitioner
This past week, it was so GREAT to come together with many Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group & Sharp HealthCare leaders to reflect on this last year’s performance, celebrate key achievements, and keep an eye towards SRS’s bright future! It was awesome reconnecting in person with teammates, colleagues, and friends! Some of this past year's achievements include: ⭐ Top 5 quality in California, liked sized medical groups, as designated by Integrated Healthcare Association (IHA). 5 star! ⭐ Top quality and patient experience for commercial HMO patients. ⭐ Growth of virtual On-Demand services ⭐ Retail pharmacy growth to better serve our San Diego communities and coordinated care model. ⭐ And much more! A key theme resonated throughout the session—there are many uncertainties and changes to come in the futures as healthcare evolves, however, it is our PEOPLE and LEADERS that will help shape the future for the next 100 years! 📢 FUN FACT: Sharp Rees-Stealy was the first multi-specialty medical group in San Diego which began as an idea 100+years ago! Dr Clarence Rees, a surgeon, and Dr. Clair Stealy, an internist, believed strongly that multi-specialty coordinated care was the future of healthcare. The rest is history! 💡 🚀 100 years later, the problems my look a little different (and of course the technology), but the principles remain the same— provide high quality, affordable, COORDINATED care, and an exceptional patient and care team experience. Read more: https://lnkd.in/gq7FFmm5 A special shoutout to our presenters and INCREDIBLE SRS leaders. 😎 Stacey Hrountas, Brent Steineckert, melissa major, Josh Schmidt, Kathy Hutchens, Andrea Snyder, Alan Bier, Trung Dang, Elan Hekier, Neelima Chu, Elisa Romero RN,MSN, CMSRN, MBA, Eunice Sanchez-Mata #TheSharpExperience #StrategicPlanning #Teamwork #OperationalExcellence

The guidelines are here (in the USA that is)! Last week at SCCM in Arizona, I was literally on the edge of my seat. One of my favorite —and frankly, the most exciting sessions— was on the update to the Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) and American College of Critical Care Medicine (ACCM) guidelines, specifically the clinical guidelines centered around glycemic control in critical care units. This is a significant leap from the 2012 Insulin Infusion Guidelines. —ushering in a new era in patient care, if you will. It’s understood that glycemic control is pertinent to insulin patient management, but over the years, research (and clinical outcomes) have made it clear that change was required. Before this month’s revisions (Jan 2024), it has been tough for glycemic management committees and clinicians at hospitals to advocate for exclusive clinical decision support tools. These latest SCCM and ACCM guidelines provide clinicians the much-needed independent, broad spectrum, clinically-directed support of exclusive clinical decision support tools, like the Monarch Medical Technologies EndoTool, ensuring better patient outcomes. The silver lining - it also helps hospitals achieve significantly better ratings when abiding by the recent CMS requirement to report on glycemic events. As we move forward, Monarch's focus is clear: supporting hospitals in efficiently adopting these transformative practices. Huge thanks to everyone for their contributions and insights at SCCM! Yes - there are plenty of good news decisions and outcomes in this complex world of healthcare! #sccm #criticalcare #hospitals #healthtech

We are thrilled to announce that last March, our consortium met for the first time in Łódź, Poland, to kick off the "Innovation for a Holistic Approach to Wound Care." Project! 🌏 👊 Our mission is to create a digital training program and tools for wound care, specifically designed for health professionals, students, and teachers. This will ensure ongoing professional development. The meeting was a huge success, and we made significant progress discussing the next steps and future actions for #DigicareProject. Our main goals are to: 🔹 Increase Knowledge and Awareness about wound care. 🤝 🔹 Develop Practical Skills using simulation training, virtual reality, and e-learning resources. 👨💻 Our first step is to conduct a survey for health professionals to assess their knowledge, identify educational needs, challenges, and preferred training types. This feedback will help us create a tailored wound care training course to enhance skills and improve patient outcomes. Stay tuned for more updates and follow us to learn about the upcoming results! 📢 #care #DigiCare #WoundCare #Innovation
