Key Responsibilities: ➡ Safety First: Foster a culture where team member and customer safety is the top priority. ➡ Strategic Leadership: Develop strategic goals and resource plans. ➡ Operational Excellence: Oversee staffing, processes, and performance evaluations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. ➡ Customer Focus: Build and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. ➡ Team Development: Mentor and guide leaders responsible for station operations, driving leadership development and a culture of mutual respect, accountability, and teamwork.
