Hello, here are the Wind Synergy services on General Electric Wind and Solar parks! Optimization of the availability and production. Analysis of permanent or intermittent faults on General Electric turbines, SCADA and park control cabinet. Inspection of the quality of maintenance of technicians (Audits) or contractors on the site and analysis of the aging of the parks. End of warranty inspection, preparation of anomaly reports and follow-up of corrective actions. Implementation of 5S, Kaizen, total productive maintenance and lean manufacturing. Validation of parameters for controllers, frequency converters and others components. Verification of the backup system for wind turbines and SCADA systems. Fault diagnostics, data collection, identification of solutions and presentation of results. Development of work procedures for technicians at the sites. Lockout tag out procedures and safety analysis. Continuous improvement and development of best practice in wind environment. Redundant optical fiber network of LOOP. Park test for conducting tests and reports of NERC or others.
